By creating an account or using CaseDesk ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CaseDesk is a private AI control plane for software teams. It provides compatible API access, routing, policy controls, observability, and deployment guidance. Production endpoints run in infrastructure that you or your approved provider control; you remain responsible for the underlying cloud, provider, and hardware charges.
CaseDesk processes account, routing, and operational data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your production inference data is processed by the connected provider and infrastructure configuration you choose.
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided without a guaranteed uptime SLA on standard tiers. Enterprise customers receive an SLA as part of their contract. We may perform maintenance that temporarily reduces availability and will provide reasonable advance notice where possible.
CaseDesk retains all rights to the platform software. You retain all rights to the applications you build using the API and to data you send to the Service. Models and provider services remain subject to their respective licences and terms.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. On termination, your deployment is stopped and outstanding usage is billed to the payment method on file.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaseDesk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you in any calendar month will not exceed the amount you paid us in that month.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
