Update your Intel Mac for qualification

This separate download prepares the Device Agent for Intel testing. Intel model startup, performance and recovery still need qualification. It is not the general Mac update.

Keep your existing registration

  1. Download on the Intel Mac and open the installer. Confirm the signer is Kalevent Limited.
  2. If it reports an incompatible Python runtime, stop. Do not delete that runtime to bypass the check.
  3. Open Applications → CaseDesk Device Agent. Refresh the existing device connection and enable its background agent when offered. Do not claim the device again.
  4. Return to your devices and confirm the reported Agent version and connection status.

This package supports llama.cpp only. It must not replace a working Python-runtime installation. Installing the Agent does not approve or start a model; capability checks and approval of an eligible plan follow separately.
