Mac preview. Upgrade installation and signature checks passed on an Apple Silicon Mac running macOS 15.7.9. First installation on a clean Mac and restart recovery for this version have not yet been verified. Claude Code compatibility is tested separately during client setup.

Install, then connect

1. Download the installer on the Mac you want to connect. The coding runtime currently targets compatible Apple Silicon Macs; memory and storage requirements are checked before model approval. Intel Macs and Linux GPU setup are not qualified by this download.
2. Open the .pkg file from Downloads. Confirm the installer identifies Kalevent Limited, then follow the installation steps.
3. Open Applications → CaseDesk Device Agent.
4. Return to Dedicated hardware, generate a one-time claim code, and enter it in the agent.
5. Review the device capability and model plan in CaseDesk. Enable the background agent when prompted; a model starts only after you approve its plan.

Already connected? Install an update over your existing app, then reopen it. Keep your existing device registration; do not generate another claim code.

Installation alone does not start a model or connect Claude Code. Client setup and compatibility checks are separate steps.
